Find a contractor by what they finished
Not stars. Not who paid for the top slot. Tasks against their due dates, accepted bids against approved spend, and change orders — measured from project records, with the sample size printed beside every figure.
Where these numbers come from.Every figure on this page is computed by RehabROI from project records — tasks against their due dates, accepted bids against approved spend, approved change orders — counting only jobs whose project carries a draw taken through the full submit, approve and fund workflow. Each contractor is measured on one company’s records and is never combined with another’s. Star ratings from third-party listing sites are a different thing entirely and are not shown here.
Everyone here asked to be here. A contractor appears on this page only after they have confirmed their own record and opted in, and they can withdraw at any time. Companies that hire subcontractors through RehabROI cannot put someone on this page on their behalf. That is why the list is short.
No contractors have opted in yet
This directory is new, and it fills up one contractor at a time — each one confirming their own record before it appears. Nobody is listed here without agreeing to it, so an empty page is what honesty looks like on day one rather than a page that is broken.
Contact details are not published here, for anyone. Reaching a contractor goes through a request they can decline, which is coming with bid routing. Until then this page is a record of finished work, not a contact list.
