Is there really a free plan?

Yes — the Basic plan is free forever, with no credit card: properties, projects, tasks, expenses, vendors, and rooms. RehabROI is in private beta right now, so accounts are invite-only; join the waitlist and we will email an invite when sign-ups open.

What does each plan unlock?

Plans are cumulative: each tier includes everything below it, plus its own features. Pro adds AI estimating, Ask RehabROI, scheduling, and deal P&L; Ultimate adds the full analytics suite, benchmarks, and investor tools; Enterprise adds accounting integrations and team controls.

Can I try features before paying?

Inside the app you can preview any plan to see exactly what it unlocks as you move around — it changes the UI, not your billing.

Does RehabROI replace my other tools?

For most investors, yes — it unifies deal analysis, rehab project management, a double-entry expense ledger with tax buckets and a CPA export, and an interior-design suite that otherwise require separate subscriptions.

Do you support rentals as well as flips?

Yes. Rentals, BRRRR, and short-term rentals are first-class alongside flips, with rent rolls, NOI, and expenses mapped to Schedule E lines for your preparer.
